Accreditation certificates can be downloaded independently through this page: Download Accreditation Certificate. UAJY alumni can obtain a legalized accreditation certificate of their study program or university from Admission and Academic Office at Campus II. The procedure to obtain the certificate:
1. The applicant should print and copy the study program and university documents independently.
2. The number of legalized certificates is based on the number stated in the diploma. The maximum number of copies for each certificate is 10.
3. Fill out the legalization form (available at the Customer Service of the Student Staff). Pay close attention to your personal data to ensure no errors.
4. Submit the form and documents to the Staff/Student Staff
5. Submit the documents before 12:00 to obtain the certificate at 14:00 on the same day. If you submit the documents after 12:00, you can collect the certificate at 09:00 on the next working day.
6. The Staff/Student Staff will assist you with document collection.
7. Sign the legalization collection logbook.
Note:
- The working hours of KAA are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 02:30 p.m..
- Applicants may send a representative to process the accreditation certificate legalization (a power of attorney is not required).
- Requests for diploma and academic transcript legalization must be processed at the faculty, not at KAA.
