Information regarding accreditation certificate:
- The accreditation certificate is applicable to alumni corresponds to the accreditation number stated on the diploma.
- Accreditation certificate legalization is available offline. The procedure for submitting a legalization request is available on the Accreditation Certificate Legalization page.
- For inquiries related to accreditation, contact us via email at kaa.pelaporan@uajy.ac.id.
- Legalization requests must include a scanned copy of the diploma or a scanned student ID card/new student registration proof. Legalization process through email is limited to one printed copy.
- KAA does not provide the legalization process of diplomas and transcripts. Students can go to their Faculty Administration Office to obtain such a service.
- KAA operational hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 02:30 p.m..
