Study Permit

A. Requirements for a New Study Permit

1. Letter of Recommendation from Vice Rector (WR) I UAJY.
2. A copy of the passport identity page.
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV). CV needs to be signed. You can download the template of CV from Admission and Academic Office of UAJY (Link are given below).
4. A declaration stating that you will not work and will abide by Indonesian law while studying in Indonesia. Format from KAA.
5. Certificate of Financial Guarantee. Format from KAA.
6. Health Certificate issued by a doctor or the UAJY clinic.
7. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from UAJY or a letter confirming acceptance as a new student at UAJY.
8. One 4x6 color photograph with a red background.
9. Current diploma (for new students) and DHS (Official Transcripts of Records) or Academic Grade List for the returning students.
10. All the above requirements must be scanned in color in PDF/JPG format with a maximum size of 250kb.

B. Requirements for Renewal of Study Permit

1. Letter of Recommendation from Vice Rector (WR) I UAJY.
2. Photocopy of Passport identity page and latest ITAS stamp made into one page (1 file).
3. Photocopy of the latest E-KITAS in large and small sizes.
4. Curriculum Vitae or CV. CV must be signed. CV format from KAA.
5. A declaration stating that you will not work and will abide by Indonesian law while studying in Indonesia. Format from KAA.
6. Certificate of Financial Guarantee. Format from KAA.
7. Health Certificate issued by a doctor or UAJY clinic.
8. Letter of Admission to UAJY/Letter of Acceptance (LoA) or a letter confirming acceptance as a new student of UAJY.
9. One 4x6 color photograph with red background.
10. Latest Transcript of Grades in the form of List of Study Results or List of Academic Grades from faculties at UAJY.
11. Photocopy of Police Report (STM) from Yogyakarta Police (POLDA DIY).
12. All the above requirements must be scanned in color in PDF/JPG format with a maximum size of 250kb.
